Barnwell Point Apartment Development

The project involved full electrical work for 247 A-rated apartment and duplex units. The 1.67 hectare site was developed by McGarrell Reilly Group is adjacent to Hansfield train station in Dublin 15. Barnwell Point Apartments development included:

• 20 studios

• 50 one-bed apartments

• 164 two-bed apartments

• 12 two-bed duplexes

• 1 three-bed apartment

The project also included electrical services for communal areas in and around the development including car parking facilities [ 272 spaces], bike spaces and internal walkways.
