Callaghan Electrical operates in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2005 and all subsequent amendments including the Construction Safety, Health and Welfare Regulations 2006, The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 291) and all other statutory provisions and Codes of Practice.
Callaghan Electrical works to ensure the Safety, Health and Welfare of our employees whilst at work, and to provide such information, training and supervision for this purpose. We are committed to the prevention of injury and ill health, to the safety of our staff and we are committed to ensuring the safety of visitors, clients and contractors on our various sites/workplaces under our control. We will ensure that all employees realise that they have a responsibility to co-operate with Safety Management, to achieve a healthy and safe workplace and to take reasonable care of themselves and others.
