Can you resource large-scale and multi-phase projects?

Yes. With a directly employed team of 100+, we deliver everything from single fit-outs to large, phased developments — including live and occupied sites — with the manpower and project management to hold programme at scale.

Do you engage at design stage with our design team?

We do. We're happy to come in early alongside architects, M&E consultants and main contractors, contributing to design and buildability from the first drawings right through to commissioning and handover.

What certifications, insurance and safety documentation do you hold?

Callaghan Electrical is Safe Electric registered and holds ISO certification through IQNET, backed by lean processes and a strong health & safety record. Full documentation — RAMS, insurance and accreditations — is available for pre-qualification and tender submissions.

Do you offer maintenance and support after handover?

Yes. Alongside installation and fit-out, we provide planned and reactive maintenance and support contracts that keep facilities compliant and operational long after practical completion.

How do we start a project with you?

Get in touch to discuss your requirements. Whether you're pricing a tender, specifying at design stage or reviewing maintenance providers, we'll talk through the project and provide a detailed, no-obligation proposal.

Benefits

Why choose Callaghan Electrical for your residential project

Since 1996 we've delivered for leading main contractors, developers and public sector clients across Ireland — from Elliott Group and Glenveagh to the HSE, OPW and SOLAS. Here's what three decades of that experience brings to your project.

Delivered to Programme

We resource every project to hit your programme, not just our own. With a directly employed team of 100+ and dedicated project management, we plan around the wider build so following trades are never held up and handover dates hold.

Cost Certainty

Transparent pricing from tender to final account. We price accurately, flag any variations early and give your QS a clear, defensible cost trail — so there are no surprises at handover.

Certified & Compliant

Safe Electric registered and ISO certified through IQNET, with full RAMS and safety documentation for every site. Our record on complex, multi-contractor projects is a big part of why main contractors bring us back.

Dedicated Project Management

One project manager owns your job from first drawing to final certification — coordinating with your design team, the main contractor and other trades so nothing falls between the gaps.
