Challenge
Barnwell Point is a 247-unit, A-rated apartment and duplex development on a 1.67-hectare site adjacent to Hansfield train station in Dublin 15, developed by McGarrell Reilly Group and delivered under the Land Development Agency's Project Tosaigh cost-rental scheme. Callaghan Electrical delivered the full electrical works across the residential units and surrounding communal areas.
