Challenge

Callaghan Electrical is delivering a large-scale, end-to-end electrical fit-out for a multi-unit development at Adamstown, Lucan, Co. Dublin, within the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone — Dublin's newest suburb. Phase 3 of 'The Crossings' includes the completion of 436 apartments, a basement carpark and amenity space. Callaghan Electrical is responsible for the full electrical fit-out — from site set-up to first unit sale — with a complex scope across blocks, apartment units, carpark and amenity spaces. The project is delivered in partnership with Quintain, one of the largest residential developers in the country, Henry J. Lyons, Elliott Group, and IN2 as consulting engineers.
