Mount Argus is one of Dublin's newest residential build-to-rent communities with very high-quality accommodation, a range of on-site amenities and activities in Dublin 6 area.  An innovative approach to the Dublin residential market, as well as top quality build and space, this high-profile development offers tenants facilities such as onsite resident manager, gym, parcel collection, onsite cinema and a residential community with events.

The high spec development required a high spec electrical fit-out for items such as modern kitchen appliances, connected living room, bedrooms, utility rooms, shared communal spaces (e.g. gym, cinema) and both custom indoor and outdoor lighting across the development. The development consists of multiple 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment units across four floor in this new build.

Callaghan Electrical was selected as the electrical fit-out partner of choice by the builder, architect and design teams.

Callaghan Electrical was responsible for the full fit-out of all electrical requirements, both in-unit, building, facility (e.g. gym, cinema) and communal/shared spaces.
