Breffni Air is a specialist ventilation company and a leading supplier of fabricated stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel ducting and associated products. In 2020, Callaghan Electrical delivered a full end-to-end office accommodation and warehouse project at Breffni Air's headquarters in the IDA Business Park, Dublin Road, Cavan. Callaghan Electrical was selected as the electrical fit-out partner of choice and was responsible for the full fit-out of all electrical requirements across the office, warehouse and surrounding communal areas.

External site services, including liaising with the ESB and builder to set up lighting, power and security ducts
Complete LV distribution system — switchgear, transformer, main board, main LV switch, sub-distribution boards, surge protection, circuit breakers, switchfuses, containment and firestopping
General electrical installation — sockets, fused spur outlets and isolator switches
Lighting across offices, circulation areas and warehouse, including emergency lighting, PIRs, switches and dimming
Communication systems — telephone, cable/satellite TV, data points/Cat 6, wireless data points and structured cabling
Mechanical wiring, termination and control wiring
Cable containment — cable tray, trunking, ladders and conduit
Protective services — fire alarm, disabled toilet system, intruder alarm, IP CCTV, access control and traffic barrier
