Challenge

Callaghan Electrical delivered a large-scale, end-to-end electrical fit-out for a multi-unit development at Adamstown, Lucan, Co. Dublin, within the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone — Dublin's newest suburb. Phase 2 of 'The Crossings' included the completion of 184 apartments and amenity space. Callaghan Electrical was responsible for the full electrical fit-out — from site set-up to first unit sale — across blocks, apartment units and amenity spaces. The project was delivered in partnership with Quintain, Henry J. Lyons, OCSC consulting engineers and Elliott Group.
