Adamstown Phase 1 The Crossings
Challenge
Callaghan Electrical was challenged to deliver a large-scale, end-to-end electrical fit-out for a multi-purpose, multi-unit development at Adamstown, Lucan, Co. Dublin, within the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone — Dublin's newest suburb. Encompassing 'The Crossings', Dublin's newest retail offering, Phase 1 involved the completion of 279 apartments (Blocks B & E) and 20 shop units to shell and core. Callaghan Electrical was responsible for the full electrical fit-out — from site set-up to first unit sale — across blocks, apartment units, duplexes, retail outlets and all communal, recreational and shared spaces. The project was delivered in partnership with Quintain, Henry J. Lyons, OCSC consulting engineers and Elliott Group.
Solution
Callaghan Electrical was responsible for the full supply, installation and project management of end-to-end electrical contract works across the site. Phase 1 covered 279 apartments and 20 shop units (shell & core), including the following services:
