Full Electrical Fit Out, vendor/partner management for all remedial works
Healthcare electrical fitout projects require particular expertise and precision with commitments to hit and deliver on time to ensure continuity of services for the providers and the wider community. Delivering on behalf of Elliott Group, this key 15 treatment room facility for the HSE required a high-specification fitout including special provision for sensory rooms, physio rooms and features for community users with special assistance requirements.
Callaghan Electrical managed the end-to-end electrical fitout including liaising and coordinating key partners for distribution boards, CCTV / intruder systems, access controls / intercoms, fire, panic and disabled toilet alarms, and disabled refuge systems / induction loop. Careful coordination of all vendors, partners and collaborators was required to deliver the electrical fitout and related remedial works.
Callaghan Electrical was responsible for all electrical contract works across the site.
Key work included:
Stripping out of existing electrical services
Full Rewiring
Installation of lighting, emergency lighting, outlets, comms rack and data points
Labelling of emergency lighting system on coordinated drawings to assist with maintenance
Wiring of air-conditioning and heat pumps
Lift Supply
Co-ordinated drawings, supply and install of switchboards/sub-distribution boards, cable containment and general services
Installation of ceiling mounted electric heating system, external car park lighting and EV car charger points.
Installation of disabled refuge system on unit floors
Intruder alarm, access control, CCTV, fire alarm, nurse call service and fireman switch
Installation of an induction loop for hearing aid users
Public access / area lighting including walkways, street and carpark lighting
Testing and commissioning
Managing partners, collaborators on the project to ensure delivery of all electrical and remedial works.
