Breffni Air
Breffni Air Ireland.
They are a Specialist Ventilation Company who have built a reputation as a leading supplier of fabricated stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel ducting and associated products.
Breffni Air was a full end-to-end office accommodation and warehouse project carried out by Callaghan Electrical in 2020. The project took place at Breffni Air headquarters, the IDA Business Park, Dublin Road, Cavan.
General description
The full scope of work included:
● External Site Services including liaising with ESB and builder to set up lighting, power and security ducts
● Installing complete LV distribution system including switchgear, transformer, main board, main LV switch, sub-distribution boards, surge protection, circuit breakers, switchfuses, containment and firestopping services.
● General electrical facility installation includings sockets, fused spur outlets, isolator switches, firestopping
● Lighting installation services including offices, circulation areas, warehouse, emergency lighting and location of PIRs, switches and dimming systems.
● Communication services systems including all telephone, cable/satellite TV equipment, all data points / Cat 6, wireless data points and structured cabling.
● Mechanical wiring services as per the layout drawings supplied with responsibility for all power wiring, termination and mechanical services control wiring as per schedules supplied.
● Cable Containment and wiring systems including cable tray, trunking, ladders and conduits
● Protective services systems including the the fire alarm system, disabled toilet system, intruder alarm system, IP CCTV, access control system, traffic barrier and nurse system.
Additional Information
Callaghan Electrical was selected as the electrical fit-out partner of choice by the client. Callaghan Electrical was responsible for the full fit-out of all electrical requirements, both in-office, warehouse and surrounding communal areas.
